Our "version" of a Festbeer (no it's not a Marzen). Belle Fest is more closely aligned to hearty pale lagers released this time of year in Germany. Belle Fest pours a pale golden color with biscuit and pilsner malt aromas, along with a distinct herbal and white pepper noble hop character. The beer carries sweet malt flavors up front and finishes crisp and pleasantly bitter, leaving the drinker wanting for the next sip.

Pours clear pee yellow into a stein. Bright white head with excellent retention craters and recedes leaving sheet lacing. Hay and citrus aromas. Soft with sweet with meadow and hay upfront turning to sourdough and citrus in the medium length finish. Finish becomes hot and cloying as it warms.
