Dreams of a New Future spent 20 months in Normal Heaven Hill and Elijah Craig 10 barrels before being blended together. This barleywine is a new recipe, designed to taste different than our past endeavors into the style. With each batch we learn a bit more, dreaming of making that perfect, future beer.

500 ml bottle from the brewery. Aroma is Heaven Hill bourbon with mild raisins and toffee. Rich, toffee, plum, and raisins, all underneath the wonderful bourbon. Shows a warming finish with zero alcohol in the flavor. Fantastic blend of the bourbons. This is just lovely!
