IPA brewed here in VT with the help of our friends from Widowmaker Brewing. For Traces To Nowhere, we used Comet in the whirlpool, and dry-hopped it with Citra, Comet, Strata and Galaxy. A true to form, hazy NEIPA with a tropical fruit-forward flavor profile.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, peachy, grapefruity with light clean malty tones
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas up to a nice bittersweet quality; finishes pineapple-y and peachy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue; nice low carb, low key bitterness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA well worthy of picking up again.

16 oz can. Roma is sweet citrus with a hint of house yeast. Flavor is juicy, tangerine, mild orange, and perhaps stone fruit. I wouldn’t call it peach or apricot, but it is similar. Light body with zero bitterness. These two breweries got the job done! Super smooth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow. Orange, pineapple, peach, nectarine, tangerine. Good full body. Good.
