Bottle (brewed 12/21, bottled 5/23) pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Dark, cola brown with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is mellow apple brandy, caramel, raisin. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Nice balance with decent complexity.

500 ml bottle from brewery. Brewed in December of 2021. Bottled in May of 2023. Translucent cola brown color. No head. Aroma is sweet dark malt with a hint of caramel and oak. Flavor is sweet malt, brown sugar, baked apple, toffee and oak. Moderate carbonation. A bit of booziness in middle. A sticky sipper.

500 bottle. Aroma is Larids apple brandy. Flavor has a soft Belgian yeast underneath mild toffee and a soft lingering apple brandy. Texture is lightly sticky. The barrel compliments the ale really well.
