A classic Belgian-Style Saison, Our hommage to one of our favorite Belgian Farmhouse Saisons, using a very special and “spooky” yeast strain. Made with 100% New Jersey ingredients. All the grain is from our friends at @rabbit_hill_malthouse in Shiloh NJ, the yeast is from the mad genius, Al Buck at East Coast Yeast in Hillsborough, and the hops were grown right down the road at Farm 41. This beer celebrates the amazing agriculture of our state (and a fantastic NJ yeast wrangler).
Malt: Rabbit Hill Farmhouse Pilsner, Rabbit Hill Wheat Malt
Hops: 100% Nugget from Farm 41 in Stockton
Yeast: ECY03 Farmhouse from East Coast Yeast

On tap at brewery. Straw gold color. Bready, yeasty aroma. Light, zesty flavor. Hints of hay, grass and white peppercorns. Clean and crisp. Dryish, spicy finish. Delicious.

7 oz draft at the brewery. The flavor is yeast forward, black pepper, soft citrus, mild earthy bitterness. Crisp texture and light body.
