A Hara’Punk Brewing legkomlósabb söre! A temérdek mennyiségű nemes komló (Simcoe, Chinook és Warrior) és a magas alkoholtartalom ellenére a Son of a Bitch egy könnyen fogyasztható Imperial IPA. Shared 330 ml bottle. Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of fruity and piney hops, but lacks a bit of freshness. Hoppy and bitter flavour on a background of orange marmalade sweetness, but again: lacks a bit of freshness.

On tap at MALTeR BeerStro, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a medium beige head. Nose brings out resinous hops, big caramel malt and some stone fruits. Flavour is very malty, with big resinous hops upfront, with a thick caramel malt backing, and some stone fruits. Very malty, but it works very well. Almost like a hoppy barley wine. Very good.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Hazy, amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny aroma of mango, orange jam and pine. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fruity-resiny taste of mango, peach, some pine and a touch of orange, followed by a medium long, rather bitter, resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle 330ml. @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Hara'Punk Son Of A Bitch ].ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium to dark orange - amber yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange, sweet fruit, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, pale malt, sweet malt, sweet fruit, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Nagy, nagyon tartós hab, félbarna szín, szűretlen. Fűszeres, enyhén édeskés karamelles illatok. Markánsan fűszeres, gyógynövényes ízvilág, enyhe karamelles beütéssel. Erősen keserű, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen testes. Kellemes, érdekes ízvilágú sör.
