This year’s mocha chai version was double-mashed, boiled with roughly 400lbs of Sawyer’s Maple syrup, and faithfully aged in barrels that are all-too-familar with sin.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is maple, chocolate, soft oak. Flavor is equal parts, maple, chai and wood. Body is about correct forth stye. Booze helps cut the sweetness and gives a warming finish. The chai is not over done, which is very beneficial to the taste.
