Can pour in trade with AirForceHops--thank, Chris! Lightly hazy pale gold with trace sparkle, thin beige head and trace lacing. Aroma is floral/fruit (?banana?). Taste mirrors aroma, along with cracker, yeast, astringent bitterness. Smooth, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Somewhat reminiscent of a Hefeweizen, minus the wheat. Not bad but I don't think what they were going for.

5 oz draft. Aroma and flavor are a match. Bread like malt with some mineral hints. The bitterness in the finish is a bit more astringent then I perfer. Very light body. Can be a capable brew with a few tweaks.

On tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy gold color with a thin white head that leaves quite a bit of lacing. Bready crackery maltiness with a hint of toast. Bitter almost astringent hops with hints of pine and citrus. Not too shabby.
