This 5.5% Pale American Lager is brewed with pilsner malt and Adeena hops. This beer is a clean drinker with lots of classic cracker and bready malt character. Balanced by just enough herbal and citrus notes from the Adeena hops with low bitterness. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized, lagered for months.

Pours clear gold into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Corn and cracker aromas. Mildly crisp with sweet cracker, biscuit and hay upfront turning to wet straw and sweet bread in the medium length finish. Would be good for a macro...

16 can. Aroma is mild minerals and soft cracker malt. Flavor is lemon, bread like malt and soft yeast. Nicely crisp texture that is quenching my thirst. Clean finish. A well made craft lager.
