An American pale ale brewed with lactose (milk sugar) along with a generous amount of Pilsner malt, and both white and flaked wheat to create a soft and pillow-y mouthfeel, along with a cracker-like backbone. Huell Melon, experimental hop HBC-472 and of course Sabro crank out a bouquet of tropical fruit amidst a tidal wave of coconut goodness bursting from the unique HBC-472 and Sabro hops. Close your eyes, take a sip and charge, Sa-Bro.

Can (4/14/23) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is coconut, pineapple, citrus, cracker. Taste is strong pineapple rind (a bit on industrial side), tart fruit, mild pine. Smooth, fairly thick texture, average carbonation, lightly bitter. Good strength of aroma and flavor given 7 months on. Lactose didn't add anything to flavor and you'd think you'd get enough body from the wheat.

16 oz can. Aroma shows mild coconut with some mild pine. Flavor has pineapple, citrus, and coconut nuances. It does show mild herb in the finish. Personally, I can do without the lactose.
