Meet Bastron, a pale ale designed to maximize the presence of thiols: small but mightily aromatic organic compounds found in hop cones.
Experimentation with a new yeast strain called Star Party led us to this recipe, hopped methodically with a blend catered towards the yeast itself to highlight alllll the drippy, tropical fruit-forward notes there are to find.

4 oz draft. Aroma has bold tropical notes with mango and papaya fruits. The flavor shows the tropical fruit on with some peach and apricot. Juicy texture with a mild herb hint in the finish. Really nice for the style.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale pineapple color, with smallish head. Aroma is dank, with a note of green onion/sharp cheese, along with tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor follows, with moderate level of hop bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel might be just a touch on the thin side?
