Brewed with rice and Pilsner malt. Hopped with Sorachi Ace in the whirlpool, a hop developed for Sapporo. Notes of citrus, yuzu, on the nose. Light in body, subtle minerality. Thirst quenching, easy drinking.

16 oz can. Aroma is light peppery hops with weak grain. Thankfully in the flavor of the Sorachi Ace is mild and not overdone. The pepper doesn’t get overwhelming. Personally, it’s not my favorite hop variety. But… tickers got to tick. This is decent.
