Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: deep dark brown with a two and a half fingers of off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark chocolate, roasted coffee notes, earthy sweetness, sweet bark, nutty tones and some dark bread
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-sweet earthy to nutty and chocolatey vibe; mild nutty, earthy and chocolatey finish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty darn smooth all along the tongue
Overall: a very nicely done English dark mild I would love to come back to.

16 oz can from the brewery. Aroma shows me toasted grain, nuts, earth. Flavor has roasted grains that give off nuances of nuts, chocolate and earthy bitterness. Great flavor for a 4% brew. Real nice balance.
