Can. Slight haze on pale. Big foamy white head fades in a few minutes. Off aged IPA hops nose. First taste is certainly hops, but it comes across a little like an APA with some of that weird veggie thing going on there. Some co2, needs more. Yea, then in the middle this odd piercing sharp bitter bite starts to ring in. Difficult, somewhat phenolic. Towards the end that bitter pointed sharpness builds and almost gets phenolic in nature. Yes, finishes with that good old immature inexperienced brewer character.
