Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 8.5
Can. Slight haze on a very light brew. Nice white head, fades to a scum after a few minutes. Nose is all apple pie spice fer sure, can't smell anything else. Somebody got an apple pie in the oven? Hehehh. First taste is very friendly yet mild apple flavored beer. No artificial hints in this and its not in yer face. No sign of any ale bitterness. I bet there is a high percent of apple cider in this since the beer is very hard to detect, yet you know its beer and not cider - quite interesting. Yes, a quite enjoyable beer. So many of the apple pie beers I've had have been heavy handed on the apple pie spice, but not this. In the middle its desirability does not fade, stays demonstrative and affable. Yet I wish it had just a little more co2 sizzle in there. At 4.7% I'm not afraid to drink this mild stuff down. End of can comes too soon, finishes with me wanting more. Nice job biker.
