Clear light pale. Thin white head. Odd faint pepper nose. First swig is somewhat phenolic and astringent. That bite continues to rise up in the middle. Needs some manners. Decent co2. Hard to find the true old country feel of a saison in this farmhouse ale.

Yellow with a large foamy white head that lingered and left great lacing. Bitter, dry and grainy with notes of perfume and citrus. Long finish. Medium body.
