Bottled@HBF2017. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, sweet malts, some floral and nectary notes. Flavour is sweet fruits, mild earthy, yeasty and sweet malty notes.

Country #118 - Hungary 🇭🇺 Interesting one. Very dry for a mead, not much sweetness and only a subtle hint of honey flavor. Also pleasantly surprised to see this is Hungary after they had it classified as Ukraine on the menu!

Sáfrány? Inkább sármány. Sőt akkor már ármány. Habja nuku, pillanatok alatt tova. Sistereg mint valami sav. Színe szép sármányos barna, ízébe leginkább mindenféle összekotyvasztott fűszerre emlékeztet. Olyanra mint amit kiskorunkba kikevertünk az üres sörösüvegbe és a vendégekkel akartunk kóstolatni, hogy ilyen a mi sörünk. Emlékszem a Szabina (Isten nyugosztalja) még meg is kóstolta. Sőt még ízlett is neki!

Ginger Man NYC: wooooo Hungary tick somehow. Pours gold with a pretty head. Aroma is honey, flowers. Taste is relativey sweet, but not cloying. Very low carbonation. Pretty pleasant to drink.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange, small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight herbal. Wineous. Sweet. Mild fruity. Sweet far finish, honey.

[ As MONYO Anubis ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, honey, sweet honey, frutiy honey. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, honey, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity honey, citrus.
