Very cute can with a capitol building surrounded by tons of colorful balloons. Pretty decent nose of clean hop perfume with a tad of BO. Pour is slightly hazy, pale. Nice foamy rocky head. Taste is big bad dirty IPA. Bitter as all hell. Not sure if the taste lives up to the brightness of the smell, but it is not too dull. Yes, heavy but not overwhelmingly dull. A little mouth coating. Just another one of ten trillion IPA out there. Terribly on style for a domestic version. Not impressed, just another IPA. How can sooooo many of the same tasting beers come with a zillion different names? Just seems like a beer ticking conspiracy to me. WTF? There, you have it. Go figger.
