Single from Whole Paycheck. Rare Vos glass @home. Clear pale pour, lingering white wash. Sharp powdered sugar, banana Runts & malic acid candy nose. Bittersharp, dried pineapple & accompanying sulfite dust, yeasty, backsweetened, odd banana, salt, sugary lemon tart finish. Kinda okay-ish.

From a clear bottle absconded from total wine in NC. Drank right from the bottle it has a somewhat sweet nose. Not much carbonation. Taste lacks any of those really dry rude ass homemade cider effects I used to get when I made my own cider. Goes down really easy. Tho sweet, does not seem to have much unfermented sugar in there.

Keg at Tyler’s Carrboro. Clear golden. Aroma of sweet and dry apples, vanilla, butter, pears, earthy notes. The taste is sweet apples, vanilla, prickly finish. Medium bodied, nearly still, lingering sweetness.
