Building Sandcastles is a low ABV, soft, crushable New England Style IPA. We use Sabro & Motueka hops for a tasty tropical treat (we put the lime in the coconut)!
Building Sandcastles pours a gorgeous hazy pale yellow with a soft body and a fluffy white head. Sandcastles presents a nice amount of lime on the nose, as well as plenty of delicious lime flavor, with a subtle amount of coconut lying underneath. The finish is light and dry.

16 oz can in a trade with Crafty Halfpint. Can date of 5/22/22!, yikes! Aroma shows very mild citrus with soft coconut from Sabro. I have to be honest here; I’m surprised this is still drinkable. I almost never drink an IPA that’s older than four months. This actually held up. Mild levels of citrus, pineapple, and again light coconut nuances. I’m astonished that it held up!

Draft at Maloney's, 9/26/22. Unclear dark yellow color, off white head. Fruity and sweet, with the coconut coming through more than the lime for me. Solid.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, dense, pillowy white head. Citrusy hop aroma hints at lime, mint and cedar. Flavor follows nose. Cedar, lime and a hint of coconut. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Brief dry finish.
