500 ml bottle. Aroma is full of rustic saison yeast and Brett notes. Flavor is wonderfully expressive on the yeast with moderate amounts of funk. Lightly acidic and SHARPLY sour. Some salinity. Very well made.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. White soapy head with good retention recedes to mottle surface. Tart lemon and mild aspirin aromas. Soft with tart dark cherry and white balsamic upfront turning quickly to a lasting earthy salted meringue and aspirin finish.
