Let the Field Go Fallow features two of our favorite hops, Enigma and HBC 586, packed into a sessionable beer. Brewed with a combo of spelt, wheat and oats on top of a delicate pilsner base, Let the Field Go Fallow features aromas of cantaloupe, papaya, tropical fruit, and strawberries alongside fresh rustic wheat bread. This IPA has a medium to light body that carries with it a plush mouthfeel. The flavors follow suit with a light bitterness at the end. Let the Field Go Fallow is delightfully sessionable at 5.8% abv.

Can pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a cloudy bright yellow with ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruit, citrus, strawberry, milder melon and hint of herb. Taste is strong strawberry, tropical fruit, cracker, grains (spelt, oats). Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, excellent strength and good complexity.
