ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops, fruity malt, light earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 7th Sep 2017: cask pint in the brewhouse. Golden pour, white head that lasted. Floral hops in the nose on a malty base, taste also hop forward and again on a malty backbone, finish more bitter than the initial taste.
