Pineapple marmalade. A little papaya. Very sweet for my preference. Murky yellow pour with decent head. Bittersweet and tangy finish. Can.

Pours opaque yellow with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma of pineapple and mosaic hops. Taste has loads of resin, some raisins, some nondescript fruity notes, wine must. Palate has some oils, heavy wine must on the finish. Eh.

16 oz. can. Aroma of peach, apricot and nectarine. The galaxy hop comes off pretty fruity. Soft tropical hints with mild citrus and stone fruit. The hop shines bright here. Mild grains backbone with a soft bitterness. This is well crafted.
