Brewed with English malts to bring sweetness and a touch of caramel to the base. With use of 4 different hops(Nugget, Mosaic, Sorachi Ace and Centennial) the beer delivers citrusy, herbal and floral notes. The bitterness is higher to balance the sweetness of malts.

Cask at the Tapas bar, Darlington. Golden colour, white foam head leaving thick lacing and fruity citrus hop aroma. Taste is pale malt, grain, biscuit with some toffee and floral orangey hop bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy light bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
