4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque black with thin cap of beige head fading to ring. Aroma is strong bourbon, fermented fruit, roasted malt, faint chocolate.Taste is overly strong sweet fruity bourbon, mild oak, late mild roasted quality. Fairly thin, smooth, no alcohol. Poor balance.

Draft sample at RI. Brewfest 2023. Nice flavor, roasted malt, dark fruit, licorice, and very mild alcohol in the finish. Strong indeed!
