Introducing our second collaboration with some of our best friends over at Belleflower Brewing Company, Spectacle is an all-new 8.3% New England Double IPA. Just like our last collab, both breweries utilized the same grain bill and the same pitch of yeast but dry-hopped both of these beers very differently. First mash hopped with NY Cascade and brewed with Citra Incognito, we then dry hopped it with Cashmere Lupomax, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and Citra Spectrum. This beer pours a hazy pale yellow. It’s vibrant, expressive and has a velvety and plush mouthfeel. We're getting big aromas and flavors of fresh guava and dried peaches that give way to subtle dank undertones.
