Muckle Buster is inspired by the radiant sunsets across the big skies of the Solway Firth where Hadrian's Wall marches westward to the coast. Progress, First Gold and Cascade hops give this beer notes of rich dark fruit.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee and light vinegar. Taste is sharp, astringent, then lightly fruity. Slightly sour maybe?

Handbill cask at Broood, Leicester. Red/brown, hazy. Film of off-white head. Malty aroma, a touch of forest floor with some red berry and smoke. Sweet taste with some fruity notes, leading to a bittersweet finish with some earthy hop. Definitely drinkable but a bit too malty and one-dimensional for me.
