Spontaneous Co-Ferment on Frontenac Grapes
The grapes give this co-ferment a beautiful dark burgundy colour that we're showing off in the clear bottle. The aroma is red berry and cherry like and has a floral touch to it. There's a light barnyard and leathery funk and a pleasant almost citrusy acidity that cuts the sweetness. It has a full mouthcoating feel to it, that gets cleansed by a delicate carbonation. A fresh grape skin flavour comes through early along an overall vinous character. The oak character comes through in the finish with a strong nuttiness

330 ml bottle thanks to Travlr. Aroma has bold red grapes and mild sour. Flavor is significantly more sour as I sip. Bold vinous with a lasting sour finish.
