Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear light yellow color with a two and a half to maybe three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and then once it did mellow lace stuck to the glass.
Aroma: light clean floral to semi-grassy - fresh cut-like; clean bready malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet bready to floral/grassy hop tones; finishes semi-crisp through the floral/grassy hops
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; good smoothness
Overall: Czech or German pils? hmmmm, I'm not entirely sure, maybe one of those "modernized ones" and this isn't a bad one, I think I could come back to this.

Virtually clear pale from a pounder can for $3. Big white foaming head fer sher. Nose is typical pale lager, with a little crispness on the olfactory. First big swig is mild pislner. Not a whole lotta sharp bitter bite thats so common with many domestic pils. Friendly easy going flavor. Could use more co2. The low co2 level is surprising considering the tons of streaming co2 visible in the glass. Not bad; overall good natured well balanced quaffable pilsner. Could easily drink another.

10 oz. Snifter at the brewery. Flavor shows some doe malt, mild honey and the softest floral note. Crisp texture and properly made. As it should be

Tap at brewery. Light golden and foamy head. Grassy and doughy. Floral and crisp. Decent enough.
