Pale ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin and American Centennial hops. We used cooler-than-usual whirlpool temp to extract all the juice, but less bitterness from the whirlpool hops.

Thanks Brian nice hazy lemon color. Aroma is white grape, light malt, nice hops. Taste is smooth, clean, balanced, and love the Nelson.

16 oz. can, from the brewery, thanks @ tfontana for the trade. The Nelson Sauvin has a stronger influence than the Centennial. So I get that nice white grape, straw and very mild pine in the finish. No resin with just a touch of grass. Light body and ends pretty clean. Tons of flavor for the low gravity.

Part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque light brown-dark yellow with finger-width white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong cooking herbs. Taste is strong cooking herbs and milder light grape in the finish. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, is more herbal than I would expect from the hops. [Weirdly, all of their IPA's this date were very herbal. The lines? Me?] Good strength, especially for ABV.

Can from the Packie. Hazy lemon yellow color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Earthy grassy citrus and tropical fruits with sweet bready maltiness to counter.
