Brewed with Pilsner Malt, a high percentage of Oats, and Wheat malts leaving a silky smooth and extraordinary mouthfeel. Pours a hazy straw yellow hue, exploding with fruity candy notes, grapefruit, lime, blueberry, & mango flavors. Aggressively Hopped in the Whirlpool and Fermentation which adds pineapple, lemon, watermelon, pear, stone fruit & tropical fruit characteristics.

Draft at Maloney's, 4/3/24. Cloudy yellowish, white head. Grapefruit forward, with lime, pineapple, and a bit stone fruit. A little dry. Solid. 7/4/7/4/15

16 oz can. Thanks Craftyhalfpint! Aroma shows me mild grapefruit, mango-ish, peach like nuances. Nice soft, supple mouthfeel. All the fruit that’s found in the Roman is in the flavor. Ends on semi-sweet peach notes. Well made for a NEIPA!

On tap at Tavern on the Lake in Hightstown, NJ. Cloudy orange gold color. Small creamy beige head. Big tropical fruit aroma. Bittersweet citrus flavor upfront. Notes of grapefruit, orange and stone fruit abound. Warming alcohol in middle. Finishes with flavors of resiny pine and grapefruit peel.
