Blossom is a dark, strong, and malty lager with a slight sweetness from local honey. It satisfies our yearning to be outside in the sun.

Can: pours dark gold with white head. Aroma is floral and quite malty, with some bubblegum. Solid, malty mouthfeel. Floral with a honey finish and aftertaste. Pretty good.

16 ounce can. Flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Toasted bread with honey with a medium grain body, simple and straightforward Bock. Finish is clean with a mild floral finish.

Can pour from share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a clear gold with light sparkle, finger-width white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong pilsner malt and honey. Taste follows aroma more heavily dominant on the malts. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, wish the honey presence evident in the aroma was more present in the taste. Well made but don't love the pilsner malt nor the lingering bitter. OK.
