4 oz. Draft. Light brown in color. Flavor is rich with toffee and earthy grain. So much so that I can’t find the yeast character. A bit underwhelmed with this. Looking for some German yeast.

Sample at the source. Deep auburn/copper color with an off white head that slowly recedes. Spicy earthy aroma and flavor on top of some rich caramel and toffee maltiness.
