This beast still has a hint of sweetness, but it's NOT from a teddy bear diet of milk and honey. This time, it's due to the residual sugars left behind by excessive amounts of dark malts. Big Bear is midnight dark and roasty, with hints of chocolate, coffee, caramel, and molasses.
