As the Siren Sleeps was brewed with Phantasm, a thiol precursor derived from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, which helps create punchy tropical fruit aromas during fermentation. We then gave it the ol’ double dry hop treatment with HBC586 and Bru-1 LupoMAX pellets to create a robust medley of fruit flavors.
Siren pours a hazy, pale gold color with aromas of pineapple juice, apricot, sweet white wine, and a subtle resinous note hiding in the background. The flavor follows suit and ends with a medium body, pillowy mouthfeel, and a reserved bitterness. This DDH IPA was brewed collaboratively with Mast Landing Brewing Company!

16 oz. can. Aroma is tame citrus and pineapple. We must use a very light amount of phantasm powder. Flavor is pretty tame all the way around. Mild white grape, pineapple and citrus. Soft texture and mouthful. Good not great! Anchorage Brewing Co. has the corner on phantasm powder.
