Reflection

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. Definitely a hybrid style. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Leans slightly on the German side with a little bit of fruit. Crisp texture. Yeah, it is different.

Can (3/1/22) pour from Beer and Wine Nation. It's a hazy yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit and yeast. Taste is strong tart fruit, wheat and yeast. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, kolsch influence is forward. Not my favorite but well executed.

Taster at the source. Just a touch of haze in a light golden liquid with a tightly bubbled white head that persists. Bready crackery malt against some light floral spicy hops. Should have tried this first but a pretty good blonde ale.
