Cask handpump at The Smithfield, Derby, Derbyshire, Friday 16th February 2018 Pours light gold, sparkling, great clarity. Fruity, really fruity, a sweet citrus seam throughout, but runs dry swiftly. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, apple, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, peach, fruity hops, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
