Tap at Teardrop, Oxford A vague nose of plummy fruitiness. Pours a very dark reddish brown with a small cream head. In the mouth the test is mainly fruits, plums, raspberries and apples. A hint of chocolate as well. Fruits in the finish as well, along with some hops. Nice enough, but doesn’t have the bitter hoppiness I would expect from a black IPA.
