On tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is crystal clear golden yellow with no sparkle, thin cap of white head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is phenols, nice spices and malt backdrop. Taste follows aroma but stronger. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with some lingering yeast. Overall, aroma is ok but flavor is really strong and spot on!

16 oz. can. The flavor features Belgian yeast. Soft banana, pear, with some bread and candi sugar. Ends mildly sweet with a dry finish. Chewy thicker body. ABV is hidden well. Overall this is about you you expect in the style.

Pours slightly hazed deep gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet caramel, biscuit and yeast aromas. Soft with banana and hot bubblegum upfront turning to earthy biscuit and pith in the medium length finish. Better than expected, but becomes cloying as it warms.
