12 oz. can (21274--so September, 9 2021) pour. It's a hazy yellow with light sparkle, finger-width off-white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is tart fruit and lemon citrus. Taste is tart fruit, yeast, cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and crisp finish as taste with lingering light bitterness and yeast. Overall, cracker and fruitiness add some dimension but it loses some of its Kolsch-iness. Ok.

12 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks bud. Canned on the 274th day of 21. Aroma is white bread with subtle cereal grain. Flavor has the light malt backbone with grain and honey. Well attenuated with a dry texture. Well made.
