European malts meet American hops for a truly mid-Atlantic beer. Deep red, full flavoured with a bold, dry finish. Our Red Ale is a full-bodied, full-flavoured and deliciously balanced beer. Roasted European malts deepen its hue, turning the ale a deep ruby tone, whilst adding to its rich malty character. This is balanced by American hops for a bold, satisfying bitterness.

"Growler" from Brockley brewery. It pours deep red-amber with a small white head. the nose is caramel, jammy red fruits, wood and light citrus peel. The taste is bitter, woody, citrus peel, grapefruit, pepper, leather and caramel with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. All comes together rather nicly. Pretty drinkable stuff.
