Triple dry hopped with Huell Mellon, Mandarin Bavaria, Galaxy, Idaho 7 and a new experimental hop. It produces a complex nose with aromas of both tropical and dried fruits, citrus, Mellon. This beer engulfs your mouth as you sip with flavors that evolve as the beer warms in your glass. So juicy, tropical and extremely dangerously drinkable With moderate to high bitterness that subsides quickly, this beer drinks incredibly smooth for 11% Tread lightly my friends, it’s a knock out!! Cheers.

Pours murky gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Thick with sweet apricot, peach and melon upfront turning quickly to weed and hot caramel in the warm, lasting finish.

16 oz. can. Well over 60 days old at this point. Thanks tfontana for this trade. Aroma and flavor show cantaloupe, peach, yeast phenolic notes. The most positive thing here is I cannot find the 11%. Really smooth with the strength. Real good!

Draft taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is milky, opaque light yellow with no sparkle, thin ring of white head, nice leggy lacing. Aroma is astringent citrus, but not in a bad way, mild herb. Taste is hard to pin down with different things going on--near as I can tell citrus, herb, fruit. A nice combination of sweet and herb. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and nice finish as taste. Overall, surprisingly thin for a DIPA, especially one with this much flavor. Dangerous, given the ABV--tread lightly indeed--and really solid and enjoyable! A brewer on the rise.
