Strata is fast becoming a go-to hop for hazy IPA brewers. It has a wonderful combination of grapefruit and pine with a dank, resinous aroma and an underlying sweet fruit flavor reminiscent of dried pineapple and mango. Strata plays well by itself, but also pairs well with a wide variety of contemporary hops. We chose to make Strata the star of this beer, but backed it up with some old favorites to bring a well rounded fruit-forward flavor to this hazy hop-bomb.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange haziness; two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light pineapple, piney/resinous to subtle danky hop toned with nice clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together very nice and bittersweet; mellow aftertaste of pineapple to piney hoppiness
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability about it, nice low carb, some smooth along tongue; finishes with the pineapple and piney hops
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I would bang again. Really loving the use of Strata hops in this.

Thanks Chris, aroma is pineapple, candied citrus, aromatic hops. Flavor follows aroma with a nice soft mouthfeel and a balanced finish.

16 oz. can. Aroma is similar to pineapple and coconut. Flavor is mostly the same with a mild herb and the finish. Very mild bitterness. This is a nice brew!
