Cask at the 28th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours dark brown with a long lasting bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, nut, dark fruit, vanilla and a touch of rum cake. Medium plus sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry, with lasting bitter chocolate.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2017 Day 1. Black beer lasting tan head. Chocolate aroma. Intense dark chocolate in the mouth. Yes pretty good depth and dryness. All about the Green & Blacks dark 85% cocoa chocolate. Pretty good
