It’s a wild world when brewing a Brown Ale could be seen as “daring”, but here we are. Brewed with a tremendous emphasis on the little things, this beer represents what made us fall in love with beer in the first place: nuanced complexity, balance, and above all, timeless drinkability.

16 oz can from John, gracias amigo, 4/6/22. Canned 1/12/22. Pours a rich medium brown color with a foamy froth of light brown head. Roast, nuts, and dark chocolate. Coffee and grains. Dry, decently bitter, almost unsweetened coffee-like on the finish. Tasty stuff.

4 ounce draft. Rich layered malt. Roasted nuts, cocoa, earthy malt. Medium plus body with a mild hop bitterness. One of the better brown ales I have sampled in a long time.
