Taster pour on tap at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head and light lacing. Aroma is straight wheat. Taste is strong wheat with tart lemon. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, and finish as taste. Overall, flavor has some interest with the saison yeast contributing an interesting wrinkle but just OK.

13th annual New Hampshire Brewfest draft pour. Aroma shows slight homey and grainy hints. Texture is pretty smooth. Flavor is again honey and grain. Lighter body. I am going to seek out a few more brews from this Brew Lab.
