Can (9/16/21) pour from the brewery. It's a deeply hazy golden light brown with tons of sparkle, 2-finger width off-white foamy head with excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is very strong perfumey floral, citrus and grainy malt in the background. Taste follows aroma but floral perfume overwhelms the citrus; pale malt/grain backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin, frothy texture, no sign of alcohol, lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, drinks like a pretty conventional IPA (as expected given the hops) but surprisingly light and no sign of alcohol for a DIPA. Not expecting the most adventuresome recipe for a fundraising beer. Quite good for gluten reduced.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana, thanks Tom. Date: 09-16-21. Aroma has soft malt, mild apricot or tangerine hint. Flavor shows the citrus with moderate malt back bone and a very mild bitterness. Well rounded.
