Bright and easy-drinking American lager, featuring pilsner and flaked corn in the malt bill. Lagered for many, many weeks.

Gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Floral and hop nose. Bright floral flavor with hoppy notes. Nice grapefruit palate.

Mild hay and lilly nose. Clear yellow, thin head. Dandelion, lemon zest, lilly, honey. Light body, easy carbonation. Wait, what? I thought this was supposed to be an American style light lager, in effect, tasteless swill. This is actually quite flavorful and delicious.

16 oz. can. Aroma is only moderate corn. For what it is it’s not bad. Just corn and yeast flavors. Not bashing this lager. There just isn’t much here. Meh.

Pours clear light gold into a shaker. White head crackles and recedes to nothing. Corn and hay aromas. Sweet with wet straw and sour corn upfront turning to mild earth in the medium length finish. Not bad for a light pils.
