Kolsch INSPIRED ale. This ale is fermented cool and slow and aged for a prolonged period per tradition. But that's where tradition stops. We couldn't help ourselves and dry hopped this baby with lots of Rakau to provide soft orchard fruit/ citrus notes. Crisp, smooth, crushable.

8 oz. draft. Aroma has soft citrus, and almost a pine note. The flavor is not of a traditional kolsch. The hops provides all the citrus and pine. It is good. Not Herman inspired at all.
